(DAY-4 ROUTINE)
This is DAY-5 workout, ARMS / SHOULDER & CARDIO!
Let's start our DAY-5 with few basic weight training moves. Ladies do not worry, you won't look like a BODYBUILDER!
Warm Up
Static Stretches
- 4 sets of 12 Bicep Curls
- 4 sets of 12 Shoulder Press
- 4 sets of 12 Skull Crushers
- 4 sets of 12 Front Raiser 2
- 4 sets of 12 Chest Press 2
- 6 sets of 100 High Knees
- 6 sets of 10 Push-Ups
