This is DAY-5 workout, ARMS / SHOULDER & CARDIO!

Let's start our DAY-5 with few basic weight training moves. Ladies do not worry, you won't look like a BODYBUILDER!

Warm Up

  • 4 sets of 12 Bicep Curls
  • 4 sets of 12 Shoulder Press
  • 4 sets of 12 Skull Crushers
  • 4 sets of 12 Front Raiser 2
  • 4 sets of 12 Chest Press 2
  • 6 sets of 100 High Knees
  • 6 sets of 10 Push-Ups
