Are you Ready! In day 6 we are back at cardio and abs drills.

Warm Up


4 sets of 10 Burpees 4 sets of 25 Step ups 4 sets of 100 High Knees and 30 seconds Planks (alternatively) 4 sets of 100 Mountain Climbers and 30 seconds V sit (alternatively) 4 sets of 100 Fire feet and 100 Punches (alternatively) 4 sets of 8 Abs Climber (each leg)
