This is DAY-7 workout, LEGS / BUTT & HIPS!

As we step into DAY-7 , intensity begins to increase! Make sure to follow workouts with full dedication and motivation. Always remember, QUALITY over QUANTITY!


Warm Up

4 sets of 25 Squats 4 sets of 10 Lunges and 30 seconds Glute Bridge (alternatively) 4 sets of 10 Bird dog leg rotate (each leg) 4 sets of 30 seconds Wall sit and 30 seconds Plank (alternatively) 4 sets of 50 Step-Ups 2 sets of 25 Curl Ups
