4 sets of 20 Stationary Lunges


4 sets of 20 Squat Jumps
3 sets of 45 seconds Wall Sit (hold the posture for 45 sec)

6 sets of Calve Raiser
4 sets of 1 minute Plank (hold the posture for 60 sec)
