This is DAY-8 workout, CARDIO And WEIGHTS!

In Day 8 , we trained Biceps and Shoulders with some added cardio!
Make sure to follow workouts with full dedication and motivation. Always remember, QUALITY over QUANTITY!

4 sets of 100 High Knees 4 sets of 10 Push Ups, 10 Squats and 30 seconds Planks (alternatively) 4 sets of 30 Jumping Jacks 4 sets of 10 Bicep-Curl and 10 Shoulder-Press (alternatively) 4 sets of 20 Upright Rows 4 sets of 25 Squats Jumps
