Ever since I was a child, I have been fascinated with moisturizing or general skincare products (because, courtesy to my mother, they always were there in so many different brands and smells for anyone to be enthralled) as a result, I started using (read: messing) moisturizers very early in the age. Of course as I grew older I became more aware of purposes and even more about the needs in teenage years and ended up becoming most punctual in my habit of moisturizing.

It is as well known as anything could possibly be that moisturizing on a regular basis can be the key to improving the way your skin looks and feels, regardless of the skin type whether it’s dry, oily or sensitive. Moisturizing routines boost hydration in your skin, prevent flaking and dullness, hold up aging and fine lines, and creates a protective layer of moisture that lasts all day.
Even if you struggle with breakouts, you should still use a moisturizer. In fact, applying a moisturizing lotion or light cream immediately after an acne medication can help to reduce dryness and irritation caused by the medicine, and that is exactly when Physiogel hypoallergenic (to me it’s very personal, literally painfully earned, affiliation) came into the picture.

About 10-11 years ago I developed cystic acne, acne is stressful to begin with but cystic acne has a massive breakout and much more painful than superficial types of acne like blackheads and whiteheads because it's deeper down in your skin. I had to go through series of intense dermatological treatments before reaching the end of long road to stable recovery. My skin became sensitive to almost every skincare product, so much so that while I was transitioning from winter moisturizer to summer routine, I broke out all over again but this time at least I was able to pinpoint the precise cause of breakout, which was having had the hands moisturizing product transferred to my face while sleeping. My dermatologist then prescribed Physiogel Hypoallergenic Daily Moisture Therapy Body Lotion as an alternative to cosmetic moisturizing products, ever since then (that’s about 11 years) Physiogel Hypoallergenic is the only skincare brand whose moisturizing products I use with great satisfaction and without any need to add any variation into my moisturizing routine.

Physiogel Hypoallergenic Daily Moisture Therapy Body Lotion for summer.

Physiogel Hypoallergenic Daily Moisture Therapy Cream for winter.

Just like what the label says: Hypoallergenic, it contains no preservatives, perfumes, colorants and is non-comedogenic. It leaves a sheen like film over the skin to keep the moisture locked in and also to keep the skin hydrated on its own by complete absorption of the product.

I totally recommend Physiogel Hypoallergenic Daily Moisture Therapy, both the cream and lotion to everyone reading this and especially those suffering from skin conditions, particularly acne. Be it mild or severe, to try (and like me, eventually set on) Physiogel Hypoallergenic, because it certainly further advances the treatment.
