This is DAY-11 workout, Cardio And Butt!

Make sure to follow workouts with full dedication and motivation.

Take a 30 seconds break, drink water between each set or exercise
4 sets of 50 High Knees


4 sets of 30 Step-ups and 30 sec plank (alternatively)
(revisit Day-10 for plank depiction)



4 sets of 10 Burpees

4 sets of 50 Pendulum Swings


4 sets of 100 Punches


4 sets of 50 Glute Bridges


3 sets of 12 Front Raises (alternate arm)
