This is DAY-9 workout, CARDIO And ABS!

Day 9, Kick on the BUTT kind of cardio with CORE (Abs)! Make sure to follow workouts with full dedication and motivation.
Always remember, QUALITY over QUANTITY!

4 sets of 100 Cross Runs
4 sets of 100 Mountain Climbers
4 sets of 50 Step Ups
4 sets of 10 Burpees and 20 Wipers (alternatively)
4 sets of 100 Fire Feet and 30 seconds Super Man (alternatively)
4 sets of 25 Curl ups, 25 seconds V-Set and 25 Plank Twists (alternatively)
